✧ WHAT I DO ✧
Focused Work. Meaningful Impact.

Self Centered Leadership
An evidence based leadership program designed to help management in community support fields reconnect with themselves and their mission, revitalizing organziational engagement.
Based on neuropsychology and experiential learning, this curriculum shows leaders how to support themselves so they can best support others.

✧ LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ✧
What Self Centered Really Means
Being Self Centered as a leader is not about feeding your ego or having selfish motivation.
It's about putting on your own oxygen mask first, so you can help others.

Leaders in community support organizations have huge hearts, coming into their roles passionate about helping others. Constantly focusing on others is not sustainable, however, and drives disatisfaction, burnout, and turnover in person-centered support professionals.

Self Centered leaders build the capacity to lead their teams effectively by putting themselves at the center of their focus and development. By learning actual skills to raise self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-compassion, we build service leaders who last.

The Self Centered Philosophy
